Ready Stock Terms & Conditions


1. Items colour may vary slightly from displayed photos, depending on the computer monitor resolutions.

2. Items will be reserved up to 48 hours from order placed until payment has been made.

3. Once payment fully settled and the order is confirmed, please send us a notification email or text to my number, with the information below:
 

i.Order Number

ii.Your name and contact number

iii.Payment amount

iv.Date and time of bank-in

v.Bank transaction Reference number


4. Delivery for ready stock items is between 2 to 3 days.



Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
  

1.There is specific date line for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline.
 

2.To confirm your orders, 100% payment has to be made latest on the pre-order deadline.
 

3.Orders will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order deadline.
 

4.Once full payment has been made, please send us a notification email or text to my number, with the information below:
 


i.Order Number
 
ii.Your name and contact number

iii.Payment amount

iv.Date and time of bank-in
 
v.Bank transaction Reference number
 

5.Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 3 weeks or more from the dateline for items to be delivered.
 

6.Delivery of items is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay,Lovey Boutique Collection will inform buyers in prior via email or sms.
 

7.For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the timeline for delivery, Lovey Boutique Collection advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
 

8.All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
 

9.The availability of items can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the items is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another items. The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
